I had applied for credit agricole in Mumbai. Interviews conducted in 5* hotel. Good ambience Round 1 : online tech test - cleared Round 2 : technical in person - They described their company for 30 mins with the help of presentation. Questions were tricky and on point. In fact questions were too good and related to Architecture only. Interviewer was smart and to the point. Interview went for 1:15 hours discussing various cases and approaches - result was cleared Round 3 : It was more of Behavior round. Questions were too good and in the end Interviewer told me reasons for his questions. When asked for his feedback & improvement areas it was +ve and seemed good. Didn't give any improvement points and said all good After 4 -5 days got feedback that I was rejected. When asked for the reasons to the recruiter they didn't offer any. No reply to mail. At least a courtesy is needed if I could spend more then 3 hours in interview room at least candid rejection reason should be given. Overall i found very unprofessional. Although they can give many reasons for that like they cant provide cos lots of candidate. But my experience states you can do it.
