I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Crédit Agricole (Parme) in Oct 2023

Interview

The interviewers were so nice, they showed interest and sent emails every few days what made me feel wanted and showed me that they did not forget about my process. At the end I decided to accept an offer of another company because It was too risky not accepting It with out the offer of CAI yet. But I think HR in CAI is the best HR team I have been interviewed by.

Question 1

1. Quick call with basic HR questions (Parli di lei, formazione,cosa vuoi, perche CAI, ...). 2. Test (english, logic, 'personality' (situations at work), video interview). 3. Quick call with another HR persona ( I am not sure this is usually necessary). 4. Call with HR managers to decide which area is a better fit. 5. (I did not have It) Interview with manager of the area.
