15-20 minute phone interview. Briefly discussed the job, then went through the main points on my CV, asking for more information along the way - all fairly standard and gave me time to expand on various skills and experiences. A second person then took over the more technical part and began asking C++ development questions. This was a mix of straightforward questions that you can find online and some trickier ones.

Why do you make a function virtual? What happens if you don't make a destructor virtual? Asked about COM but I had no knowledge of that. What are SQL views?
The interview process is smooth with friendly interviewer. I was told that will be informed for the results but end up never reply to me. Should not tell the interviewee to wait for the notification if you are not going to inform the unselected candidates
