After completing tests, I had a brief phone interview (roughly 10 min), asking why CA-CIB, why this position, something I read on their website, etc (no competency or technical). Then I was invited to a face to face interview with three people from the team. I was asked mostly background and technical questions, knowledge about MTNs and PP, etc
