Criteo interview questions

I went through 3 Interviews: - Phone screen with the Recruiter (very nice and helpful during the entire loop). The phone screen was based on my understanding of the role and what I knew about Criteo. - The second interview was more specific and I had been asked about my motivation, my previous experiences and the ability to fit the role. - Before of the last interview I had to prepare a 10 slides power point about a business case study (provided by Criteo). This interview was on video call and I presented the slides during the interview playing the role of the account strategist as in a real meeting with my clients

The interview process was completed in three steps. 1) Initial phone screen (1 hr) 2) In person round table interview with myself and three Account Strategy managers - behavioral questions 3) In person case study pitch The recruiter I worked with was wonderful, extremely engaged and detailed, and very helpful with all of my questions throughout the process. Each step of the interview was more challenging than the previous which made it more rewarding. Do your research and really prepare for this and you will do well. They want to ensure you have a FULL understanding of what Criteo does and what you would do as an Account Strategist.
