Interview
The selection process was very transparent and well-structured. It began with a screening phase where they verified the skills you listed, ensuring they were accurate.
The second interview was conducted with some of the team members you would be working with. In my case, this was more of an in-depth conversation where I had the opportunity to share more about myself, my experiences, and demonstrate my soft skills.
The final stage was a practical case study, which you have to prepare in advance based on the information they provide.
Overall, the experience was excellent. I started the process with little confidence, but the interviewers were extremely friendly, making it feel more like a conversation than a formal interview. They provided feedback after each stage, clearly outlining what was needed for the next step.

Interview
I got invited to the initial interview with an HR representative, who happened to be an intern. The interview felt very unnatural and the interviewer seemed to be pacing through a checklist of questions, all the standard initial ones. She came across very unfocused on what I said, in the end she also admitted (and apologised) that she was focusing on something happening at the office at the same time. Highly unprofessional and in that moment I decided that this is not a place I'd like to work at. She said she will get back to me the next day, but I got ghosted!

Foram 3 entrevistas, Rh, gestor e time. Todas as entrevistas foram muito leves, buscando entender melhor sobre você do que a habilidade técnico - apesar de ser estágio algumas empresas fazem isso. Não teve apresentação de case.
Very positive. I got to learn more about the culture and the role. Three interviews, first with hr (about Criteo), second (about me) and third (technical skills) with team members.
