Interaction with recruiters was very positive. After 2nd interview, had interview with Senior Exec/hiring manager. This was the most awkward, strangest interview I've had in my career. He was completely unprepared . Didn't realize he had my resume for 2 weeks prior (and told me + tried to blame recruiters for not sending him my resume), and never looked at my LinkedIn. Seemed highly distracted. Didn't look into the camera, but was typing and looking at a computer screen the whole time, and was literally swaying from side to side throughout the entire interview. Had to take medication about 5 min into interview, so blacked out screen, then came back and shared commentary on the medication. Very oddly worded questions, when I asked him to please rephrase, he said no. About 5-10 min in, knew this was not a good fit. Opposite experience from speaking with recruiters.
