They were very nice in the beginning, met with multiple people. All seemed to be aligned and spoke about how much they respect employees, etc. Had 3 interviews then was ghosted. No call, no email, nothing. If you look at other people with negative experiences, it seems this is a pattern. Someone from the company keeps replying and says that they'll try and do better, but it's obviously just lip service. They don't care and with this repeatedly happening it's obvious that they aren't trying to fix the problem.

It was a series of 4 rounds. You get to speak with the team about their experience and get to learn more about the role. There is an additional case study.

Thorough with multiple stages, good opportunity to meet others in the team and clearly important that you fit with the team culture which is a nice sign. Everyone seems personable and friendly.
