From contacting me regularly to keep me in the loop, to delaying things when something personal popped up and then again when I caught covid. They gave extra time to ensure I was prepared for the presentation and provided helpful guidelines so I wasn’t left wondering where to even start. The interview process itself involved an initial recruiter screening, then a chat with the team, followed by a presentation to demonstrate CS skills, and finally a catch-up with the Director.
