Very clear understanding of responsibilities. Interview process was very easy to follow and very organized. There were 3 interviews. Group Interview, one on one, one on one with hiring manager.

i had apply and a week later they email me for the first interview and then when i finished with that interview she stated i can move on to a second interview so i didn't do the interview yet its tomorrow

After the application process, I had to complete 3 skill assessments (call center, computer literacy, and a typing test), and I passed all 3. Then I was scheduled for the first phone interview. The recruiter corresponded with me using emojis and at 3:00am. The interview was basically an overview of the job with availability questions.
Then I was scheduled for another phone interview with another recruiter. This recruiter read questions and documented my answered with no response. This was definitely not a conversational interview and I'm not certain why a real person was needed to do this job when an automated service could have done it better.
Then I was scheduled for a video chat interview with the hiring manager. It was perhaps the most unprofessional hiring experience of my career. The hiring manager was wearing a tank top and was eating during the interview, on top of mumbling. He was extremely rude to me throughout the entire interview and made it abundantly clear that he didn't care about any response I gave him. I asked him to tell me more about the company and he said he couldn't and that Conduent was just a name on his paycheck. He said that someone would get back to me in 2-3 days. No one did. I reached out to them a week later for an update and then they sent me the automated rejection email. If you have any level of skill and professionalism, please avoid this company at all costs.
