Conduent Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Easy and to the point. No trick questions. Interviewer was kind and patient with nerves. Asked all the typical questions in regards to relevant work experience and explaining gaps in employment. Offered job right away.

The interview was done over Zoom. It was pretty straightforward. They asked me to describe a time I went above and beyond my job duties. They went over my work history. They also reiterated all the job requirements. Overall it took 20 minutes. They were nice.
