HR interview was pretty good considering they mainly focused on the basics. Interview lasted for around 25 minutes where they asked for an introduction, goals, strengths and several questions in the accounts field

Long interview process : 1. HR - basically walked through my resume to confirm experience and skills 2. Team Lead - questions around my experience and skills, situational questions 3. Director (offshore) - interviewer was 30 mins late. felt like the interviewer was reckoning my skills and experiences, questions are very technical (advance excel formulas), accounting formulas, not conversational, more like recitational 4. Client (offshore) HR will inform you of upcoming interview A DAY BEFORE. You would know with their manner of speaking that it is an authoritative management. Did not get any news after the 3rd interview - no text nor email, just ghosted.
