I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Conduent (Anderson, IN) in Sep 2017
Interview
The recruiter came across all smiles and professional at first. By my first day, she was already showing how little she thought of me as an individual. Once I was hired, she told me "good luck" and basically told me that the turn over rate at the company was too high for her to ever have faith in things working out to where a new hire stays past the initial training period.
I applied online. I interviewed at Conduent (Bakersfield, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Easy, met with receptionist. Took assessment test. Interviewed in the spot. Two interviews took place. One to go through work history. The next self with competency of computer and iOS devices.
I first did a phone screening. Then I went to their office to interview. At the on-site interview, I was first asked to do a sequence of tests to see if I could type fast enough, and if I could correctly retrieve information from customer's calls; the calls were pre-recorded. Then I went to talk to the manager to go over my resume, why I was interested in the job, and how I could handle pressure and conflict. I got to know more about the position such as training, pay, hours, etc. I realized that this company and position wasn't what I was looking for. I was over qualified and I wouldn't have too much growth.
