Full interview in English they ask basic questions about KPIs and empathy and role play scenario where the act as customer and they ask how you would handle them and how to be empathetic
It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview

Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.
