Compass Group Kitchen Staff interview questions

ask a few simple basic interview questions describe yourself. Can you tell me about a time you assumed a leadership role? Things of that nature, generic questions. Went over past employment.

The interview was held in one of the house groups lounges. I was asked a few question regarding what was on my CV, told a little about the place and then shown around where i would work if i got offered the post. About a week later i got an email offering me the post as i was the best person fitted for the post.
