Collabera Technical Recruiter interview questions

The interview process takes place in 3 rounds. The first round is a telephonic short interview to see the attitude, seriousness and communication skills of the candidate. The Second round is a face to face interview with Corporate Recruiters who take a deep and thorough interview and then they forward you to the respective Hiring manager who is looking to fill a position in his team. The third round is the final round taken by the manager under whom you will be deployed. Passing all these rounds and you are a part of Collabera.
