The interview process began by applying online then they sent a follow up email. Over email we set up a time to have a phone call. The phone ends either ends with a one on one interview or maybe a follow up call. Then is the first round of one on one interview and some more after that.

You got a phone screening first, and then an in-person interview. The person who phone screened me kept me on the phone for over an hour when it could have taken fifteen minutes. The woman who interviewed me in person came thirty minutes late and was incredibly condescending and didn't even give me a chance before she decided she didn't like me.
