Interview process is not that good. They only hire people to make their own work going. They have nothing to do with individual growth. They will call you in the morning 11:00 AM & finally will take your first round @ around 5:00 PM in the evening. They will make you wait for no good reason. They will lie about their incentive structure & once you start working, you will come to know the reality of COLLABERA.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Will you work for Saturdays & Sundays without being paid for that.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Met hiring managers at a University career fair. One of them called me a few days later and asked if I wanted to go to an in-person interview at one of their office locations. Drove to the location about a week later and the interview was 40 minutes long and it went well. Was told I should contact my hiring manager to discuss next steps, so I reached out to him and he said he was working on getting me a second in-person interview. A week later I had not heard anything so I contacted him and he again said he was working on it. Never heard anything so did not contact again the company after that. Extremely unprofessional experience overall and would not recommend.

Question 1
What qualities make you a good candidate; tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you learned from it
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Collabera (Houston, TX)
Interview
One of their recruiters reached out via LinkedIn and set up a phone interview. Then they asked me to come in for a one on one interview. The last that interviewed me didn't really ask me any questions. We just talked for about Collabera for about 30 minutes. She made me feel very comfortable during the interview, but the company did come off as a little unprofessional.
