Collabera interview questions

Back when I interviewed, it was two rounds total. The first round was thirty minutes with the sales manager and the second round was 1 hour in person lunch with the team lead and sales manager. Their interviews are meant to gauge your extroversion and ability to connect with people who you've only just met. Your goal is to run the entire conversation, connect on a personal level and relate, and come prepared with specific future thinking questions regarding this role.
