There is a three step interview process. The first step is between you and the recruiter, who is very kind. The next step is with another account manager, then the final is with the Lead account manager.

The interviewer was really nice and accomodating. They don't if you are not good at communication. You only need to explain your honest answer. The interview last for 20minutes. They will email you after you finished the interview
