The Co. called to check my status. The sub hiring agence check in the first round for my communitcation skiils. The second level was set up with the US counter parts consisting of the Senior Sales Director and the VP of the Co. The second round discussed the positing in more details and reached a conclusion.

There is a telephonic round to judge your basic technical skills. This round is followed by 2 other rounds of techincal with their panel. Last round is with the HR of the company who will negotiate with you regarding the early joiniing datea and the package on offer. Once through, your offer letter will be email to you within a weeks time.
