I met a recruiter at my university. A week later I received a phone call and then did an in person and finally a last phone call. The first call was with the recruiter, in person with a manager, and finally with the VP. The questions asked were similar to basic interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Collabera (Makati City) in Apr 2019
Interview
First there was a typing speed test then a computer-based exam on verbal ability, quantitative analysis, logic, and ethics, then an initial interview, followed by a Versant call to test my English conversation skill, and then the final interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If you had already something planned with your family on your rest day, then your supervisor asked you to render overtime on that rest day, what would you do?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Collabera (Detroit, MI) in Apr 2019
Interview
First, I was contacted on LinkedIn and spoke with a recruiter on the phone for the initial interview. Second, I was invited to their office to meet with the general manager. I ended up speaking with the sales manager and an account manager because the GM was not around. The interview was much more about me as a person than my experience. They don't focus on your resume or work experience as much as they focus on your personality and communication skills. Now I have been invited for the third round; which will be a lunch with the GM.
