Poor feedback process following a face to face interview, it was obvious I had not got the job given I had not heard back from them for a month. I have no issue with this but when asked for any feedback on the interview I was simply told they were not pursuing my application. Ironic given this was an interview by HR for HR who should be leading on best practise.
