I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Checkout.com (Port-Louis) in Mar 2021
Interview
Shortly after submitting my application, I was invited for a call interview with the talent acquisition team whereby i was given an overview of the company's operations and was asked to answer a few questions regarding my academic journey and qualifications. A week after, I had a second interview with the team itself whereby a more detailed discussion was carried out regarding my skills to see if I would fit the requirements of this position. Then I had a 3rd interview with the people team whereby the focus was mostly on my extracurricular activities and my personality in general. After the 3rd interview, by end of the week, I received a call from the talent acquisition team and they gave me the offer.

Interview
Second interview with the hiring manager and the manager was so nice. I know I won’t get the offer as I don’t have direct experience but I’d expect to have any updates/feedback regarding the interview. I sent a follow up email to the HR and they just ignored it.
Straightforward process that allows you to meet multiple team members and get a good idea of what the day to day work would be. The process included take home tasks where you can work with data similar to what on the job might be.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Which fields might be useful for understanding differences in acceptance rate?
My first-stage interview with HR was satisfactory, but the second-stage “technical” interview was highly disappointing. The interviewer explicitly stated, “we won’t go into the technical details because I can see all your experience in front of me.” This was unprofessional and discouraging, particularly after the extensive preparation I had undertaken. The interviewer appeared disengaged and simply read questions from a screen with little effort to create a meaningful dialogue.
