Interview
There was one phone interview followed by one in person interview. Both experiences were pleasant and everyone at the company was professional and friendly. The phone interview lasted 20-30 minutes and the interviewer focused on discussing my reasons for wanting to work at Chanel. The in person interviewer focused mainly on my background experiences. Very straightforward interview process.
The interview process was fairly easy, straightforward, and relaxed. Questions focused on past experiences and basic skills. Communication was clear, with timely updates and a comfortable atmosphere throughout the process

They asked about my previous experience relevant to the role and how I handled specific challenges in past projects.
It was straight forward 3 step process. It was a good mix of interview/assessment, I enjoyed the process overall and everyone was nice. I think overall the process was great!
