First interview with HR, second one with hiring manager. They asked me questions about my experience and how I would align with the brand. They also asked what Chanel represents to me
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chanel in Apr 2022
Interview
I received an email ask for interview in 2 hours, which is ridiculous because their HR assume a fashion advisor would check his/her email every minutes.
Then they didn't call me on time but another 15 mins later...
During the interview, they keep interupting me, seems like they have no interest in my working history, and ask questions like "what is the lowest pay you can accept".
In the end I told the HR I have another offer waiting, she just said "you know we are actually not really lack of people, we have so many people waiting for interview bla bla".
I haven't got the result yet, but surely I don't want to move forward with this interview. Their HR just show me how unprofessional and arrogant they can be.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chanel in Oct 2024
Interview
Horrendous. The interviewer seemed to have an attitude throughout the entire interview. She seemed rather new to luxury retail, based on what she shared regarding her past roles. The questions were typical for what you'd be asked at any luxury retail employer.

Question 1
If you could think of a difficult time with a customer
It was a very calm interview. They just asked me to introduce myself and talk about my experiences. Then, they asked me about the passion for fashion and why Chanel.
