Caterpillar Learning and Development Manager interview questions

It was supposed to be 3 rounds of interviews but additional 2 rounds were conducted. 1 for an additional interviewer and another round because one of the interviewer recalled me because they forgot how the earlier interview had gone. The process was stretched over 2 months. And finally a standard rejection email was sent.
