Caterpillar Pre-Field Marketing Representative(Rotational) interview questions

I met them at the career fair at my university. I gave them my resume and they explained how to apply online. Within 3 days I received an email with a questionnaire to be filled out. The questions were generic, "Why do you want to work for Cat? Why do you think you're qualified?" etc. It was only about 2 weeks later that I had an interview. The interview questions were completely behavioral. They all focused on understanding how you reacted to issues or made changes while on the job. For instance, Explain a time when you failed and what did you do to improve the situation?"
