Interview
I had 2 back to back 30 minute interviews, totaling 1 hour. One interviewer was super friendly, while the other didn't seem like he wanted to be there or was listening to me.
First stage is a selection of tests. Second stage is telephone interview, basic competency questions. Third is assessment centre which involves interviews and group task, be prepared for both competency and technical questions.

I joined a Microsoft Teams call with two interviewers. They went through a power-point asking situational questions. It was very structured, and the interviewers alternated questions. They asked what were my top three area of CAT I was interested in joining.
