I had an on-campus interview. It was a panel interview with 2 people. They were nice and welcoming. The interview was mostly behavioral; tell me about a time questions.

I was interviewed by two people.
It was very behavioral- they expect the answers in STAR format. Definitely, try to incorporate your technical experience into those behavioral questions.

Describe a situation when you saw a problem and took action to correct it rather than waiting for someone else to do it. What action did you take? What prompted you to take action and what were the results of your action?-

There will be numerous courses to prepare you for what to expect. I was impressed with the amount of classes they have from safety to how to interact in the work place. Very friendly and family orientated environment top to bottom.
