The process was professional and thorough. It began with an initial HR screening call, followed by a technical interview with the lead scientist. We discussed my academic background in marine biology and my hands-on experience with aquatic system maintenance and troubleshooting mechanical hardware. The team seemed very focused on practical problem-solving skills and my ability to manage complex filtration environments.

Take home exam on data challenges and modeling; power day of 4 rounds of job fit/role play/coding/case study; 2 additional rounds with senior management on job fit. The decision will be delivered in a few days
