Capital One interview questions

Phone screen with recruiter that reached out, Power Day (two Case interviews, two behavioral interviews), Job fit / personality screening (30 min) with Hiring Manager after successfully passing the case interviews

4 parts, 3 were behaviour based and 1 case study assessment that was time. The 3 behavioural parts were redundant: 1 senior VP followed by 3 managers. It could have been done in 2 parts, especially considering one of the managers is the hiring manager
