And the decision came after the timeline they told me, with 0 feedback after a full day of interviews. Advice to management: If you set expectations, make them line up with what you actually evaluate on. Make the prep specific instead of generic, honor the timelines you set, and give final-round people at least a line or two of feedback. The gap between what's said and what's scored is the throughline of the whole thing.
