Capital One interview questions

It seemed as if they have no intentions on hiring outside of the company. They only want to recruit within. They are trying to turn into chase bank. The average salary for a Branch manager level 2 is mid- forties. The have only a two page list of questions that the district manager asks you to answer. They want to know what you can bring to the company that people on the inside don't already have. My interviewer was intent on letting me know that they would like to have someone with tenure that has worked there instead of at another bank. The questions are like... Tell me a time when you had to depend on a team to reach your goal. Tell me a time when you had to reach a goal and how did you do it. Do you believe you could manage employees who have been here longer than you?
