Capital One interview questions

Capital One recruited at my campus career fair where I had to sign up to take a skills test at a campus location on a later date. I believe they now administer this test online. The test mainly tested your math and quantitative skills. I also had to fill out an extensive personality test. After that I was invited to an on campus interview which was a case study. It was fairly easy if you just look over the sample case study on their website. I was emailed a few days later to schedule an office visit for Plano for further interviews. The office interviews conceived of 2 case interviews and 1 behavioral. Capital one provided sample behavioral questions that may be asked for those who have problems with behavioral. The 2 cases were more difficult than the case i was give on campus. There were about 8 other candidates that were flown in to interview for various positions, so the process was a bit intimidating. Most of the cases required math. They would ask you to calculate the break even point for a product or develop a marketing strategy to improve a product's response rate. I heard from other candidates that applied for other positions that they were asked to describe CAPM in detail.

I applied online through my University. After they received my application, they requested I fill out some behavioral questions / personality test online. This took about 15 minutes. At my interview, there were no personality questions, they just started with a case study immediately. For the case study there was no information withheld, it was just a few math problems. After I finished the case study, he explained what a business analyst would do and then asked me if I had any questions. Following this, there was another online test in math (graph reading and conversions) and reading comprehension. I was not offered a second round interview.
