Interview
The recrutiting process was very formal and organized. I met with senior management in one on one interviews. I thought most questions were easy. It didn't seem as if they were questioning my skill, but rather my commitment and my compatibility with corportate culture. I was interviewed by a total of 5 senior executives, with each interview lasting no longer than 15-20 minutes.

Interview
When submitting an application, you complete a verbal and math assessment online. Should you do well on that, they might extend an offer for an interview. My interview was one day out in Plano. It consisted of 2 case interviews, a behavioral interview, and they have you complete another math assessment to ensure someone else didn't take it for you. I wouldn't say the interviews were that difficult, but from what I understand the positions are fairly competitive so there is little margin for error.

Question 1
Give me a specific example of a time when you used good judgment and logic in solving a problem.
The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capital One (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2010
Interview
The case study is very straight forward. Cap 1 expects short simple calculating answers instead of insights or business practices recommendations. The case study loosely went over max-min calculations, break even lines, etc etc. There was also a personality test as well as an info session by a business analyst and a data analyst.
