Online assessment (a little data analysis, math), recruiter phone call (test for fit), mini case interview (1 hour with a PM walking through a C1 related product), PowerDay (4 back to back 1 hour cases) - product you worked on before, 2 math heavy cases, a open ended case where you prioritize what problem to solve first and how to solve it

Has 3 levels and divide an hour time so that you can complete all 3 levels.

Design 3 tier architecture which should look robust.
Depict scalability, resiliency, design tradeoffs in the architecture.
Behavioural Interview
Follow STAR method - Situation, Task, Action and Result.
Frame concrete examples depciting comptencies and around your professional life
Answer using I statement rather than “We” in any recent or past projects
Panelists look for impact on the organization and reprioritization in the example provided.

Divided in 2 parts: Technical problem solving and Quantitative analysis.
It is recommended to keep checking in with the panelists to keep going in the right direction.
