It's an Off campus hiring for womens Capgemini exceller
Total 3 rounds
1st round is written test which contains Aptitude, reasoning and verbal.
2nd round is Communication test we call it as SVAR round which contains listening and speaking questions which tests our communication skills. It's an AI test.
3rd round is the final round. Interview.
Both Technical and Hr Questions will be asked in same panel.
Easy to medium Questions based on resume will be asked.
This is all about the rounds of capgemini hiring.
The hiring process is smooth. It was a great experience.
Note : Some people may have coding rounds which is for higher packages. If we perform more in 1st written test which mean getting high score then You'll be able to go for higher packages can write coding test.

The interview process was the last round of the selection process. recruitment started with communication test, followed by aptitutde and coding rounds of test. shortlisted candidates gave the virtual interviews.

Object oriented programming concepts and it's pillar with syntax
The interviewers were professional and friendly. The questions were mostly based on my resume, project experience, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and problem-solving skills. The entire process was completed within a few weeks, and communication from the recruitment team was timely.
