Interview
First i have completed telephonic round after that manager taken video call.
Then after two days HR taken HR round.
Every thing perfect .Then i have submitted the documents. Now i am waiting for the offer letter.
Generic rejection via email 4 weeks after second interview. Total time from application to rejection was 8 weeks. Kind of disrespectful to not even write an email an list reasons why.
A very transparent process Two technical rounds both taken by capegemini. Relevant to the role applied. Would you have been been if I had received the screening call for the process
