we have three rounds of interviews. 1st round is the technical round and 2nd round also the technical round and the 3rd round is the HR round. once all rounds are clear then an offer letter will be released
Generic rejection via email 4 weeks after second interview. Total time from application to rejection was 8 weeks. Kind of disrespectful to not even write an email an list reasons why.
