I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Sep 2012
Interview
Capgemini came to our campus in sep 2012, there was a aptitude test conducted by CoCubes , the test had negative marking also , quant was tough whereas verbal and logic were simple , there was a sectional cutoff, almost half people cleared the test (120/250) , then we went for GD round, from a group of 15 people in GD they selected 6 of us(50/120) , and then the interview process . The interview was actually an HR interview bt some interviewers asked technical questions also so guys be prepared. Again some people got rejected in HR(35/50). I was the lucky one to get through all the rounds and now finally i m in CAPGEMINI......................
