I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Mumbai) in Sep 2016
Interview
After a long and boring Pre-placement presentation, we were taken to the labs to write the online test. It was conducted by CoCubes. Test was of 80 minutes total. 50 minutes for analytical ability followed by 30 minutes of written English test. Analytical test had 2 sections (Quantitative + Logical) each having 16 questions with no negative marking. One mark for each question each. Next the English test was online essay writing with word limit of 300-345 words. 10marks for it. No negative marking in both. 50/150 cleared this round.
Then the interview. HR+TR. Both were going on simultaneously. More emphasis was given to technical interview HR was just a formality. Since i am from EXTC I was not asked much about programming but only about my final year project.
