I participated in a three-round interview process with Capgemini for two roles: Senior Analyst (₹7.25 LPA) and Analyst (₹4.25 LPA). Company came in campus for female candidates only.
Round 1: Online Assessment
Aptitude Test: Basic questions on aptitude, verbal, and logical reasoning.
Pseudocodes and Verbal Questions: English pseudocodes and an English communication test (MCQ).
Game-Based Aptitude: Four games assessing deductive logical thinking, grid challenge, and motion challenge.
Behavioral Competency Test: Psychometric test for work-related behavior.
Successful candidates moved to the next round.
Round 2:
For Analyst: English communication test involving audio recording, word pronunciation, sentence repetition, and a 30-second speech on a given topic.
For Senior Analyst: An additional coding round with three questions.

Personal Interview: Questions about my background, Java (OOP concepts, polymorphism, method overriding, and method overloading), my project, and reasons for choosing Capgemini.
I was selected for the Analyst role after successfully completing the interview process.

I got the chance to give the interview through , my college and the interview process was smooth. The last round is kind of a mix between HR and Technical Interview but expect more HR based questions from the interviewer than technical.

just asked from the resume little technical related to languages like c++ , javascript , full stack and generative ai that was mentioned in resume the interviewer was calm and provided water for anxiety attacks
Very Smooth, Have to be patient enough for receiving the offer letter. Though I received the offer letter in 5 months. After that the process was quiet quick. People are helpful.
