On 5 jan 2010 Aricent came to PICT, Pune for campus recruitment.
Process had Aptitude test, Group interview, PI (technical)
In Aptitude test
Different sections like c, Quant, etc were present. No sectional cut off. Overall easy test. Section by section they provide question papers that for perticular time limit
In Group Interview Test,
12 person were divided in two groups of 6 people. Process was some what different than normal ones. They provided Description of with and against subject and you have to talk from THOSE points only you cant add examples etc stuff. In whole session You speak for at least 1-2 min out of 10 mins. Very much arrogance may take you out of round.
In Interview technicals on C,Data Structures etc programs were asked. Percentage much matters in PI of this company. Company took cream layer from college.

Code related to linked list.general difficulty level.
3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good

Interview
