First there was online assessment, consists of four sections - pseudocode,english,gaming round,psycometric test. First 2 rounds are evaluated on the spot. Like if passed then only we cant enter the next round. Pseudocode was moderate -able to crack if one's concepts of programming language is good. English round was easy -able to crack if one has basic grammar knowledge. Gaming round was very challenging-one needs to have good presence of mind.Psycometric round just kept to know the candidate's personality. Based on the online assesment total score ,candidate is eligible for the technical interview round. The technical interview ranges from 15-30mins. For me , the interviewer asked about myself,my project,gave me a simple string based question to code in my comfort language and finally asked me an aptitude question. After 15mins you get the mail whether you are selected for hr round or not. Hr round takes place on the same day . In hr round, the interviewer asked about myself,my hobbies and asked some situation based questions to evaluate on my personality. On the same day evening I got the result as selected, Within 2days got my letter of intent. And within 2 months I got my joining date
