Capco Senior Java Developer interview questions

It took 2 days & got the call from Recruitment agency. Its my experience only, you can have yours. Interview was simple one, second round was discussion with one consultant(not giving name here) & being a consultant he just needs fairy tales & how well you can engage he clients for their benefits. No body cares if you tell the right thing or what quality you will be providing. So if you are trying for this, then whatever they have the requirements, just say that you have done good work on that, rest I don't think they even know about that & you will be considered as ideal candidate. And don't expect any sensible feedback from recruitment agency or recruiter.
