I got a call for an Interview and had the 1st round. Was told that 2nd round will be soon with onsite. I didn't hear back for 3 months. Then I got a call to schedule the 2nd round. I gave 2 interviews on the same day. And all 3 were exactly similar. Not sure why they have this! Next, I was asked to provide my resume in their format so that they can share it with client. Absolute bizarre. No response after that. I followed up and was scheduled another call with offshore team which never happened. I followed up once more and received an email about rejection. Worst possible experience one can have.

Good experience. The process was transparent and well managed. Recruitment team are knowledgeable and understand the business so able to provide answers. There were several stages but this was not onerous unlike some experiences. Overall, positive.
