I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Capco (Hong Kong) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process is consists of 4 face to face round of interviews with each step going through the management chain. One of the most tedious and not the most efficient use of time. Their HR team consists of the most clueless personnel they could find, they are unable to see the value behind every individual, instead insist on matching exactly the requirements given to them by the recruiting department.
1st interview via phone (HR intern).
2nd interview is 1:1 (HR intern).
3rd interview is group panel (with recruiting department's heads).
4th interview is 1:1 (regional leader).
I would advise anyone to stay away from this company at all cost. The relevant department doesn't even get involved into the process until the 2nd or 3rd round of interview. Don't waste time seeing the HR interns who just randomly call candidates in to show to their boss they are "working".
We are disappointed to read your review as we aim to provide a positive experience for all candidates.
As a result of your feedback we have investigated the issues you raise. We do not have any HR interns and we would never ask interns to interview candidates.
There are a number of stages to our recruitment process, but this is to ensure that a candidate is the right fit for Capco and vice versa. We are mindful of a candidate’s time and investment in the process and we always ensure that candidates are moved through each stage as quickly as possible.
The team have been made aware of your feedback and will continue to make sure that they are sensitive to both a quality recruitment process and the candidate experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at Capco (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2018
Interview
I appreciated the recruiters professionalism during this interview process. She was both responsive and helpful in facilitating interviews with herself and the team. What turned me off was the 2nd level phone screen with a potential team member. They seemed generally uninterested in the conversation and did not make a great effort.
