Capco Associate Talent Program (ATP) interview questions

CAPCO really is NOT the company any graduate should want to work for! LOW starting salary and RUDE recruiters. I rejected my offer after I realised that the company couldn't even muster up a decent recruitment process for the programme. Delayed responses and the people interviewing couldn't even be bothered to wear smart clothing. One interviewer kept asking personal questions that were completely irrelevant. The interview process was smooth however there were a number of overlapping questions during both the assessment centre and final two interviews. There were no financial questions really, just questions about trends in the industry and challenges the industry is facing.
