Question 1
You’ve written Jest tests for a React form component and JUnit tests for backend form validation logic in Java.
How do you ensure that the full form submission flow is covered end-to-end?
Three separate rounds of interview, firstly a role specific and experience based interview followed by a 30 minute situational interview and finally an informal interview with a partner which allowed for questions about the business and further discussion around the role
The interview process at Capco was thorough yet efficient, spanning three distinct stages. First, I had an informal discussion with a recruitment specialist who provided excellent insights into the company culture and role expectations. This was followed by a comprehensive technical interview with a manager who explored my project experience and consulting methodologies. The final round involved meeting with a director who focused on assessing cultural fit and long-term career aspirations. Throughout the process, communication was prompt, professional, and transparent, with each interviewer building upon previous conversations rather than repeating questions.
